The extension requires these Chrome permissions:
• History: To read and delete browsing history entries. This permission is required to detect new browsing history entries and delete them locally. Access is limited to your local browser history only and no history data is ever transmitted or stored outside your local browser.
• Storage: To save your extension preferences locally. This permission is required to remember your enable/disable preference between browser sessions. It only stores a single boolean value (enabled/disabled) locally. No personal data is stored; only the Extension's state preference.
NO EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION
The History Auto-Delete Extension:
• Does NOT connect to any external servers
• Does NOT make any network requests
• Does NOT communicate with any third-party services
• Does NOT send any data outside of your local browser
